Prior to joining the CESA HR team in 2018, Sonja was Head of Human Resources at EY Serbia and was responsible for offices in Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina for more than 10 years. Before her career at Ernst & Young, Sonja was HR Director at Dunav osiguranje, where she led a sector of 30 employees. 

Sonja currently has 13 EY Badges and is in the process of acquiring the EY Tech MBA, a prestigious academic title that EY provides in collaboration with Hult University, USA.
