The one-day workshop "The Psychology of Consumer Behavior" is intended for everyone who wants to understand how people make decisions and how they can be easily influenced.

We consider ourselves rational beings and generally make logical decisions.

But then why do Amazon "1-Click" shopping, Netflix "Autoplay", Uber cars on the map or Lidl "short supply" make us feel differently and do things we did not plan?

Behavioral economics is a growing field that combines elements of psychology and economics to understand why we do the things we do and how to create more attractive solutions for customers.

In this workshop, we discover:

  1. How customers make decisions and what exactly drives their behavior in real and digital environments
  2. A simple framework for understanding and mapping customer behavior
  3. The most common obstacles that stand in the way of making the desired decisions
  4. Simple ways to attract attention and increase the attractiveness of any product or service
  5. How top brands are using these insights to drive sales
  6. How to immediately apply all of the above in the marketing and sales of your products or services (practical exercises during lectures)

This interactive workshop will equip you to understand your customers, identify barriers to behavioral change, and create products, messages, and environments that will positively incentivize the desired action.

The workshop is intended for anyone who creates user experiences, work environments, messages or products that people will love. This includes both corporate marketing professionals and managers as well as entrepreneurs.

Note: Due to the quality of lectures and workshops, the number of places in the group is limited to 9 people.

Participants receive an official Molèn Academy certificate.

It is also possible to follow online (in this case the price is reduced by 10%).

The workshop lasts from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
