Who is the program for?

The Wellbeing 2.0 module is intended for those who have stepped into the world of Wellbeing and have already acquired certain knowledge and habits that will help them become a better version of themselves.

Wellbeing permeates all spheres of our private and business life, so the sections of this program were created in such a way as to cover a large number of its aspects.

We start with mental well-being, which is talked about a lot today and which concerns the improvement of our personal skills, and we end with our impact on the wider social community, through community well-being.
