Peđa has 20 years of professional experience in various executive and managerial positions across multiple industries. He has worked at British American Tobacco (FMCG), Confluence Property Management (retail real estate), ICT Hub and DX Lab (innovation, digital transformation, and e-commerce consulting), and Things Solver (AI SaaS).

At the end of 2024, he co-founded the boutique consulting firm pokretach, through which he helps companies grow by delighting their customers. He strongly believes that business growth is not only about numbers—but about understanding the heartbeat behind every transaction.
